Introduction à l'étude des droits fondamentaux
Les différentes catégories de droits fondamentaux seront exposées avant d’explorer leur protection. Sur ce point, l’accent sera mis sur les différents moyens non juridictionnels et juridictionnels de préservation des droits fondamentaux à l’image du recours en inconstitutionnalité, de l’amparo, de l’apport de la jurisprudence administrative, etc.
Pour introduire les droits fondamentaux, il est opportun d’éclairer les catégories de droits concernés (chapitre 1) et d’expliciter les mécanismes qui assurent leurs protections (chapitre 2).
